Each document received for review is uploaded into Doc-Tracker together with details of the parties in the case of a contract. The document is assigned a service level which prescribes the time within which the work must be completed.
Once the work is complete, the reviewed document and any advice is sent to the client. It is possible to deliver the work via the Messaging feature.
Members of the team mark the Case as New (the default position), In Progress, on Hold, or Complete. A progress bar indicates the extent to which the Case is complete according to the number of documents that make up the Case. The dates on which the Case was created, updated and completed are displayed.
A messaging feature allows team members to communicate between themselves and with clients in relation to the document, thereby providing an audit trail.
